(I had this dream years ago and I'm only recalling it from memory so I apologise in advance) I once had a dream that I wasn't really even in. It's like a was a side character watching an epic show go down. Wasn't really in isn't the right way to word it, more like wasn't involved in any of he major events that were going on. Like things were going on but no one was interacting with me it's like I was someone who kept to themselves watching everything go down. No one could interact with me because I don't think I even really existed much. Imagine someone invisible floating through the air is me in this dream. Anyway, the main character was ovbiously someone else, a man, black hair, slender and really good looking. The setting was a horse racing event and he was the best horse racer there. However, maybe because I have a really good angle better than anyone else, but no one noticed him obviously cheating in the horse racing. He would somehow (sorry I forgot) knock people over so the peopl would fall off the horses fatally injuring themselves and horses. (I swear one of them died no joke). Anyway, he was playing very dirty to win and eventually ended up winning. I was shocked, no one could notice (I actually don't really remember anyone noticing either). The race is over and the hot guy goes into his changing room. Someone follows him and opens the door, (this person is suddenly me I think, or at least I have their POV) I see his back and just as he's about to turn around the dream ends. I think the person whose body I suddenly entered or could see as realised the man was up to no good and cheating in the race and went to go confront him about it. (also I think it's comically funny how he wasn't disqualified after cheating so obviously, like he did it multiple times!) Anyway, what did this dream even mean? It's stuck with me all these years so.....
Dreams can often serve as mirrors reflecting your subconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In the case of your dream, several key elements can be explored to uncover potential interpretations: 1. **Observer Role**: Your experience of being a side character or an observer rather than an active participant may indicate feelings of detachment or passivity in your waking life. It could suggest you are feeling sidelined in certain situations or relationships, or perhaps you feel a lack of control over events unfolding around you. This might mirror a situation where you feel that others are more prominent or influential while you remain unnoticed. 2. **The Setting**: The horse racing event symbolizes competition and a competitive atmosphere. It could reflect aspects of your life where you perceive a race for success, approval, or achievement, much like a race. The competitive nature of the event could highlight your own feelings about striving for goals or dealing with pressure in achieving something. 3. **The Protagonist**: The attractive man with black hair who engages in deceit can represent aspects of your perception of success and morality. His ability to cheat and get away with it may resonate with feelings or concerns about unfairness in life or the moral ambiguity that can exist in competitive environments. It might also represent an idealized or charming figure who, despite their outward appearance, engages in dishonest behavior. 4. **Cheating and Consequences**: The act of cheating in the race and the surrounding fatalities might indicate your awareness of the lengths to which people go to attain their goals and the potential harm that may cause to others. This could be reflecting your values and your feelings about integrity in competition—both in life contexts that you encounter or perhaps in a specific situation you've faced. 5. **Confrontation**: The moment you transition to potentially confronting the man suggests a desire to seek truth or accountability. It may symbolize an urge in you to confront unfairness, injustice, or to stand up against those behaving in a way that conflicts with your moral beliefs. Overall, your dream likely speaks to feelings of vulnerability, observation, and a moral outlook on the competitive aspects of life. The vividness of the dream and its long-lasting impression on you indicates it may have surfaced during a time of personal reflection or struggle with identity, integrity, and your place in a competitive world. It's worth reflecting on that dream in relation to your life experiences since then—have you felt more engaged or more observant? Have you encountered situations that tested your sense of right and wrong?
